I “Accidentally” Spilled Tea on a Girl Who Kept Shoving Past Me in a Crowded Concert Line

Last weekend, my friends and I (all late 20s) were stoked to attend a concert we'd been hyping up for weeks.

The line to get into the venue was absolute chaos, think sardines in a can, everyone freezing in the chilly evening air.
  • 04
To stay warm, we grabbed some hot tea from a vendor nearby and were sipping it while chatting and waiting our turn like civilized humans.

Enter this group of girls (also 20s, I'd guess), who decided lines are optional. They weaved through the crowd, elbowing their way toward the front.

One girl in particular zeroed in on our spot, shoving past my friends and me without so much as an "excuse me." I'm usually chill, but after 45 minutes of waiting in the cold, I was over it.

I gave her a gentle nudge back to hold my ground, but she just scoffed and kept pushing, practically stepping on my toes in the packed crowd.

Fed up, I saw my moment. As she squeezed past me, still shoving like she owned the place, I kinda "lost my balance" and tilted my cup of tea just enough for a small splash to land on her jacket.

Nothing scalding, just enough to make her yelp and shoot me a death glare. I played it off with a quick, "Oh no, im sorry, it's super crowded!" She muttered something under her breath and scurried back to her group, suddenly less eager to cut ahead.

The best part is my friends saw the whole thing and were stifling laughs as we finally got into the concert, feeling just a tiny bit warmer from my petty victory.

No harm done ig, just a little tea-stained justice. TL;DR: A girl kept shoving past me in a crowded concert line, so I "accidentally" spilled some tea on her jacket when she pushed by, and she stopped trying to cut ahead.

Senator_Bink My husband and I were attending a concert in a historic theater. The seats were smaller than modern-day and the leg room pretty nil. A woman in our aisle kept finding things she had to get up and leave her seat for, continually passing us and making us awkwardly get up. After the 3rd or 4th time my husband tripped her so she fell into us. She sat her ass down after that.

Caoimhe77 Years ago if a girl acted up at a club I'd by a cheap bottle beer and while behind her in a crowd at the bar I would discreetly pour it into her purse, if it was open and not zippered. Petty, but only used in extreme circumstances

BartholomewBandy Got in early to see G Love years ago, and some girl wanted past me so bad she was climbing over my back to get there. Feet off the fucking ground trying to climb up front. She got a big elbow for her trouble.

Feeling-Invite7953 I seriously wanted to do that to someone in my row at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, years ago during a concert. The woman must have had the weakest bladder, ever, and was drinking beer during the Phil Collins concert. She was working my last nerve!!

Turbulent-Matter501 I was watching a light parade at Disney and I had scoped out a good spot to watch and got there about 20 minutes before it started. As the parade was starting, a girl decided she wanted my spot and pushed me out of the way. Being surrounded by thousands of children, I didn't react in the manner she deserved, or at all, really. This vapid girl spent the Entire parade trying, and repeatedly failing, to Livestream it on her iPhone. She got it working for about the last 20 second
